TTX02 CLAIMS SECOND PODIUM IN THE TTXGP CHAMPIONSHIP

At Round 2 of the UK TTXGP Championship in Anglesey the two TTX02s came in 3rd and 6th

On his TTX02, Pete Ward of the British Army's Team Electric Hussar rode a great race to 3rd place after starting 4th on the grid.  Pete got a fantastic start and led the pack into the first corner, he then settled down into consistent 1:24 laps, exchanging places with the Tork bike before comfortably leading the Tork across the line.

Annie Seel riding for Morris Motorcycles was reminiscent of Dani Pedrosa, making a flying start and gaining several places.  However, despite feeling much more comfortable with a less sensitive throttle, she is still getting used to the bike and circuit racing.  Commendation should also be given to the team, who drove for 36 hours in a van from Sweden to collect the bike so that they can give Annie more riding time at a few test sessions.

With several improvements planned for the TTX02 in the coming weeks, the teams are looking forward to the next race at Donington Park on the 22nd of August.
