MAVIZEN COLLECT 4TH AND 7TH PLACES AT SNETTERTONWith two bikes in the field, Mavizen finish 4th and 7th respectively at Round 1 of the UK TTXGP Championship.
Pete Ward riding a TTX02 for the British Army as Team Hussar rode a strong and consistent race, setting a pace similar to the leaders. Pete had managed to qualify in 4th place on Saturday with a time of 1:33.61 but just got quicker as the weekend went on, setting a fastest lap during the race of 1:28.62 on his way to a well deserved 4th place.
Annie Seel riding for Morris Motorcycles also rode a strong race, battling with a throttle issue that made the bike very sensitive. Starting 9th she made a great start but lost out into the first few corners, then worked her way back to finish 7th whilst trying to conserve battery life being unaware how long it would last.
Both teams are already working hard towards Round 2 at Anglesey on the 25th July and feel there are many improvements to come for the remainder of the championship.
